About Stéphanie

Stéphanie Tétreault is a partner with a general corporate and commercial practice focused on business acquisitions and commercial leasing. She has advised on more than 100 cross-border acquisitions for both private and publicly traded companies, acting for buyers and sellers, and advises landlords and tenants on commercial leasing matters. She also provides general commercial advice on corporate structuring, banking and finance, and real estate purchases and sales, and has advised regulated professionals on professional incorporation. Stéphanie articled with the firm starting in 2010, became an associate in 2011, and was made partner in 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2010 and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2011, and is fully fluent in French and English.
