About Sarah

Sarah McEachern is a litigation partner at Tapper Cuddy LLP, called to the Manitoba bar in 2012. Her civil litigation practice covers commercial disputes, defamation, and estate litigation at all levels of Manitoba court, and she has extensive experience in employment law and workplace investigations, including inquiries into sexual violence and harassment complaints for private and institutional clients. She advises both employers and employees on employment contracts, severance, wrongful dismissal, and human rights matters. She is certified in workplace investigations through the Human Resources Professionals Association and belongs to the Manitoba Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Manitoba Métis Nation.
