About Lauren

Lauren Vrsnik is a member of the firm's Taxation and Business Law departments, called to the Manitoba Bar in 2021 after earning her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Manitoba. Her practice focuses on corporate and tax matters, including advising owner-manager businesses, corporate tax planning and restructuring, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. She has volunteered with the Legal Help Centre and the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, and received the Justice Joe E. Hershfield Award for highest standing in Corporate Taxation.
