About Noah

Noah Sarna is a partner at Thorsteinssons practising out of the firm's Toronto and Vancouver offices. His work covers commodity tax broadly, including GST/HST, land transfer taxes, foreign buyer taxes, and vacancy or underuse taxes, with a focus on tax planning, audit management, and tax litigation for his clients. He lectures and writes frequently for tax and legal conferences and publications. Before joining Thorsteinssons, Noah practised corporate/commercial and real estate law at a large regional firm. He holds a B.C.L. and LL.B. from McGill University and a B.A. from Concordia University, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of British Columbia, and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
