David Stevens is a partner at Gowling WLG in Toronto advising clients on corporate and personal tax planning, trusts and estates, and the charitable sector. He works with high-net-worth individuals, families, private companies, trust companies, and charities on business succession, estate planning and administration, family trusts, tax reorganizations, and charitable gift planning. He brings 15 years of academic experience, having directed the Ontario Law Reform Commission's project on charity law and authored its two-volume final report.
