About Nimrit
Nimrit Dhillon practises exclusively in family law and child protection, using a practical and empathetic approach with clients, and regularly appears in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, having conducted trials in both levels of court. She completed her Collaborative Family Law training in 2024. Born and raised in Vancouver, Nimrit has studied and worked in Spain, South Korea, Thailand, and Hong Kong. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2016. Nimrit completed her articles at a boutique family law firm in the Fraser Valley, was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2017, and joined Hamilton Fabbro in 2020. She is fluent in Punjabi and Spanish and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
