About Jessica

Jessica Lithwick has appeared before various administrative tribunals, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, with a broad civil litigation practice spanning commercial and civil disputes, criminal defence work, Charter litigation and administrative proceedings. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil dispute resolution, estate litigation, real estate disputes and professional discipline, and she maintains an active human rights practice. She clerked at the BC Court of Appeal from 2011 to 2012 and was co-counsel for an intervener at the Supreme Court of Canada in R. v. Kirkpatrick, 2022 SCC 33.
