About Nikan
Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Nikan Barari has restricted her practice entirely to family law, handling property division, equalization, spousal and child support claims, variation of court orders, high-conflict parenting disputes, and foreign marriage contracts. She has trial experience and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice representing clients across family law proceedings. She takes an empathetic approach to resolving disputes and is motivated to help clients move forward from difficult circumstances.
