Nikan Barari is a family lawyer at Gelman & Associates, and family law is the only kind of law Nikan has practised since joining the Ontario Bar in January 2016.

Nikan realized early on that the goal was a career spent helping families who need support. Today Nikan brings empathy to family disputes and wants to help each client get on with life, even when things are hard.

Nikan Barari has argued motions and taken family cases to trial, appearing in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice across the full range of family proceedings. Nikan holds an honours degree in political science and an LL.B. from Wales.
