About Daniel
Daniel practices family law at Fine & Associates, handling divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, separation agreements, and marriage contracts. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and often turns to mediation and arbitration to help clients resolve matrimonial disputes outside of court. Daniel earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he won the F.H. Barlow Scholarship for standing in commercial law and the Rudolph P. Bratty Award, along with a Dean's Scholarship. He received his HBA from the University of Toronto in 2012 and is fluent in Hebrew.
