David A. O'Neill maintains a civil litigation practice focused on personal injury, residential tenancy, and employment law, having acted for clients with brain injuries, concussions, chronic pain, fractures, and psychological injuries. His residential tenancy practice assists clients in understanding their rights before the Residential Tenancy Branch and civil resolution tribunals, and his employment practice advises on wrongful dismissal and severance. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Civil Resolution Tribunal, and the Residential Tenancy Tribunal, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2014.
