About Gavin

Gavin Marshall is a partner at Roper Greyell practising in most areas of workplace law, including employment litigation, injunctive relief, collective bargaining, occupational health and safety critical incidents, workplace human rights, and administrative law and labour arbitration. He has appeared in every level of court and workplace tribunal in British Columbia and has been a part-time instructor for CPABC for more than a decade. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto, an LLB from UBC, and an MSc from the London School of Economics, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1998.
