About Nicole
Nicole Boyle is an associate at Aitken Klee, where she handles intellectual property litigation spanning patents, trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs. Her background in biopharmaceutical science gives her strong analytical skills that she applies to complex IP disputes. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Federal Court, and has assisted on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. During law school she received a Technology Law Award and completed the Law and Technology Option at the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude. Before joining Aitken Klee she worked as a litigation associate at a national IP boutique in Ottawa. She holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario bar in 2021.
