About Neelum
Neelum Raja's practice focuses on employment law and estate litigation. She advises both employers and employees on workplace disputes, including termination disputes, workplace harassment, and discrimination claims, provides proactive services to management, and advises on the employment law impacts of M&A transactions. In estate litigation, she has advised families on Section 3 disputes over undue influence and lack of capacity, and on disputes between beneficiaries and estate executors. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and is fluent in Urdu and Hindi. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2022 and the Alberta bar in 2024, earning her law degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa in 2021 and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Legal Studies (High Distinction) from Carleton University in 2017.
