Administrative & Regulatory LawNathan provides strategic legal advice to First Nations, with a practice focused on major projects and complex regulatory regimes, particularly environmental protection and the energy industry. He holds law degrees from Columbia University and the University of Toronto, along with a doctorate in law from the University of Toronto. Before joining Ratcliff, he practiced corporate law in New York with a focus on financial products and markets, and has published articles on federalism, comparative constitutional law, and the Canadian financial system. He was called to the New York Bar in 2008 and the British Columbia Bar in 2011.
