About Thomas
Thomas L. Spraggs, KC, took over Spraggs Law from his father in 2005 and has led the firm through significant growth. A senior litigator with a focus on personal injury and harassment litigation, he works with a large team of lawyers, investigators, and claims managers to obtain settlements and court awards for injured clients, including jury trials. His harassment litigation practice has an emphasis on sports, informed by his background as a former competitive swimmer. He was elected a Bencher of the Law Society for 2020 and co-founded a technology platform for online legal advice in 2013. He is admitted to the bar in British Columbia (2003), Yukon (2001), and Alberta (2000), and holds an ICD.D (2022), MBA (2013), LL.M. (1997), and LL.B. (1996). He received the Canadian Bar Association's Innovative Workplace Award in 2016.
