About Rebecca

Rebecca's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate reorganizations. She advises targets and acquirers on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions and investments. She joined Blakes as a summer student in 2018 and was seconded to the legal department of a power generation company during her articles.
