About Nandini

Nandini Nair completed a B.A.Sc. (Hons.) at McMaster University in 2019 and an M.Sc. in Global Health at McMaster in 2020, then earned her J.D. at the University of Western Ontario in 2024 and was called to the bar in 2025; her areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, banking and secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, wills and estates, and intellectual property, a field she was drawn to for its blend of creativity and commerce. During law school she interned with the Canadian Red Cross and Canadian Blood Services, volunteered with Western's Intellectual Property Clinic, Community Legal Services, and Pro Bono Students Canada, and spent a semester abroad in Denmark studying the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. Born and raised in Hamilton, she is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Hamilton Law Association.
