About Anthony

Anthony Zarcone joined Vitulli Law Group as a summer student and completed his articles there before becoming an associate. His work covers a broad range of corporate and real estate files, from reorganizations and M&A to banking and secured transactions, plus estate planning and administration. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he focused on corporate and real estate law and stayed involved in his family's business, which deepened his understanding of finance and entrepreneurship. He also holds a B.Comm (Hons) with High Distinction from McMaster University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
