About Andrew

Andrew Belford is an associate at Scarfone Hawkins LLP practising civil litigation, with regular appearances in Superior Court, Small Claims Court, and before administrative tribunals. He brings a background in healthcare to his advocacy, having earned a BScN from the University of Ottawa before completing dual Canadian and American law degrees through the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy's Dual JD Program, graduating cum laude from both in 2024. During law school he took on leadership roles and gained hands-on experience at the Juvenile Appellate Clinic. After articling with the firm, he was called to the bar in 2025 and now practises as an associate handling civil, commercial, employment, and corporate litigation matters. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Hamilton Law Association.
