About Alexander

Alexander Smith is a partner at Scarfone Hawkins who focuses on corporate and commercial law as part of the Speranzini, Mahler, Iampietro, Rosati group. His work ranges from incorporating businesses and drafting shareholder agreements to banking and secured transactions, commercial leasing and estate planning. He earned a B.A. from McMaster University in 2015 and a J.D. from Queen's University in 2018, and was called to the bar in 2019.
