About Alaa

Alaa Noui is an associate at Scarfone Hawkins whose practice centers on commercial law, drawing on knowledge of engineering, technology, and construction industries to serve clients in those sectors. She also practices administrative, civil, and employment litigation, appearing in court while favouring negotiated resolutions when a faster path is available. Alaa earned her B.A. (Hons.) from McMaster University in 2018, an LL.B. from the University of Birmingham in 2020, and an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021. She was called to the bar in 2022 and belongs to the Hamilton Law Association. Born and raised in Hamilton, she has lived and traveled internationally during her legal education.
