About Nancy
Nancy Houle is a founding partner of Davidson Houle Allen LLP and has practised exclusively in condominium and joint-property law since being called to the bar in 2002. Her work includes general corporate advice to condominium corporations, financing and secured transactions, and building deficiency litigation. She has served as President of CCI Eastern Ontario and co-chaired the Constitution Committee for CCI National, and she participated in the legislative review process for Ontario's Condominium Act, 1998. She holds an LL.B. from Queen's University (2000) and a B.A. Honours in Psychology, also from Queen's University (1997).
