About Andrew

Andrew Garrod-Martin is an associate lawyer at Barron Family Law. He earned a BA Hons in History and Philosophy from the University of Toronto in 2005 and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario in 2006, and studied towards a PhD in Philosophy at McMaster University, focusing on feminist ethics and the ethics of war and peace, though he did not complete the dissertation. He earned his JD from the University of Ottawa in 2022 and was called to the bar in October 2023 after articling at Pender Law. He grew up in Milton, Ontario, and moved to Ottawa in 2017.
