About Carole
Carole Chouinard is a partner at Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practicing taxation law. Her practice includes advising on tax aspects of corporate transactions, share and asset sales, reorganizations and estate planning for domestic and foreign corporations, individuals and tax-exempt entities. She is co-leader of the firm's Charities and Not-for-Profit Organizations Group and has taught tax law at the University of Ottawa.
