About Andrej
Andrej Litvinjenko is the managing director and lead counsel of TAAG Law, which he founded. He holds a JD along with master's degrees in economic policy and political science. Before founding the firm he held senior advisory, governance, and executive roles across the private, government, non-profit, and education sectors. He is a member of the Law Societies of Ontario and Alberta and focuses on business structuring, corporate law and governance, commercial law, and securities.
