About Christy

Christy Allen is a founding partner of Davidson Houle Allen LLP, providing corporate and litigation services to condominium directors, managers, owners and insurers. Her work covers building deficiency actions, disputes involving difficult owners and tenants, collection and lien proceedings, and enforcement of property rights, and she has extensive experience with the Tarion Warranty process. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University (2000) and an LL.B. from Queen's University (2003), and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
