About Nadia
Nadia Campion handles complex commercial disputes, shareholder oppression applications, director and officer liability matters, estates and trusts litigation, class actions, and professional liability claims. She has extensive experience in trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Securities Commission, and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, with particular expertise in Toronto Commercial List proceedings. Fluent in English and French, she also represents clients from Quebec. Nadia has acted as counsel to the Sackler Families in the Purdue Pharma CCAA proceeding and represented a plaintiff beneficiary in the Jewison estate and trust challenge. She chairs the Class Proceedings Committee of the Law Foundation of Ontario, appointed by the Attorney General of Ontario, and sits on the board of directors of The Advocates' Society. Nadia was called to the Ontario bar in 2006 after earning her BA from McGill University, her LLB from the University of Ottawa, and a JD from Michigan State University.
