About Anne

Anne Posno brings decades of broad litigation experience to complex commercial disputes, real estate conflicts, challenges to corporate governance, and cases involving professional liability and medical negligence. She also has experience in human rights and privacy law. Peers respect her judgment, and she is often retained as a mediator to help settle disputes. Anne appears regularly before the Toronto Commercial List, the Toronto Estates Court, Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and she holds certified Associate membership in the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners. She frequently lectures at trust and estates conferences held by the Law Society of Ontario, The Advocates Society, and the Ontario Bar Association, and mentors young lawyers. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993, earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991, and holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
