Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionAnnecy Pang has been building a wide-ranging litigation practice, with matters touching shareholder disputes and commercial arbitrations, and has argued cases that reached both the Ontario Superior Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. She articled at a commercial litigation firm, where she worked on director and shareholder disputes, defamation matters and professional negligence files, and she has also handled provincial offence prosecutions. Her recent work includes acting for a landlord with multiple Hudson's Bay Company store leases in a complex CCAA proceeding, winning an application to wind up deadlocked corporations, and serving as lead counsel for a public interest group resisting publication bans in a high-profile police misconduct case. Annecy graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2022, where she co-edited the school newspaper and sat on the Admissions Committee, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. She holds an Honours B.Arts Sc. from McMaster University and belongs to the Group of Racialized Ontario Women Litigators and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
