About Jennie
Jennie Milligan is a litigator focusing on debt collection, estate litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defence. She has represented clients at the Supreme Court of BC, Provincial Court of BC, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Residential Tenancy Branch. Milligan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia (2000) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria (2006), and was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2007. She volunteers as a mentor with the CBA's Women Lawyers Forum and has previously volunteered with Access Pro Bono and the CBA's Law Week Committee.
