About Morgan
Morgan Rowe practices labour and employment, human rights, and constitutional and administrative law, regularly representing unions in grievance arbitrations and before labour boards and courts, and representing individuals before tribunals including the Social Security Tribunal and the Canadian and Ontario Human Rights Tribunals. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013 and the Yukon Bar in 2021, holding a J.D. Honours (2011) from the University of Ottawa and a B.Jour Honours (2008) from Carleton University. Morgan is a disability rights advocate who has volunteered with Citizen Advocacy of Ottawa and REACH Canada, co-authored a 2014 book on disability identity and rights, and taught Disability Rights and Social Justice as a Part-Time Professor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law.
