Kelly Moffatt leads Osler's Marketing & Distribution Practice Group. Her practice centres on consumer protection, marketing and distribution matters, along with intellectual property, and she regularly acts for retailers, manufacturers, distributors and marketers, as well as advertising and promotional agencies. Moffatt advises Canadian and foreign clients on doing business in Canada, covering consumer protection legislation, advertising rules, packaging and labelling, e-commerce and pricing. Her work also extends to intellectual property protection, registration, licensing and the safeguarding of confidential information. She frequently provides litigation and transactional support in marketing, trade practice and intellectual property matters.
