About Morgan

Morgan works out of McInnes Cooper's St. John's office, where her practice centers on administrative litigation and the regulation of professions, alongside an expanding focus on risk-based assessment and procurement negotiations. Clients in the electricity, energy and natural resources, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors regularly turn to her for advice on regulatory matters. Morgan belongs to the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association, and chairs Professional Development for the CBA's Newfoundland and Labrador Branch executive committee. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland Outport Nursing and Industrial Association and has previously held the roles of director-at-large and SSEP director for Women In Science & Engineering Newfoundland & Labrador. She earned a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.Comm. from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2020.
