Immigration LawBrendan is an associate in the Halifax office who advises Canadian and foreign-based organizations and individuals on Canadian immigration matters. His work includes Labour Market Impact Assessment applications and LMIA-exempt applications, work permits and visitor visas, and guiding clients through pathways to permanent residency. He also helps individuals extend temporary resident status or apply for permanent residence, and advises on matters before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Service Canada, and Canadian border services. Brendan earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2015 and a BA (Honours) from Mount Allison University in 2012. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2017 and Nova Scotia in 2019, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
