About Morgan
Morgan Andersen's practice at CFM Lawyers focuses on class actions, aviation, and product liability. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has worked on leading cases including the Air France Flight 358 and Sikorsky S-92 crashes, Ukrainian Airlines Flight 752, and the Vancouver College and St. Thomas More abuse class action. She now works mainly as a research lawyer for the firm, researching domestic and international law and preparing arguments. Morgan graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology in 2001, participating in the co-operative education program with work in antibiotic development, oil sands remediation, and prostate cancer research. She studied law at the University of Toronto and the University of Victoria, earning her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2004, and was called to the bar in 2005.
