About Matthew

Matthew acts for insurers in the defence of personal injury tort and accident benefits claims, along with trucking claims, occupiers' liability, coverage disputes, employment, and property damage. He has extensive experience in automotive claims, including complex and fraud matters, and he's also advised clients in healthcare and high-tech industries on intellectual property. He's appeared before FSCO, the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court.
