About Monika

Monika Drobnicki is a partner in the Real Estate & Development group, focusing on acquisitions and dispositions, secured lending, and land development. She represents property owners, developers, investors, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations across sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, office, and multi-unit residential real estate. Monika works closely with planners, surveyors, and environmental consultants, and handles all stages of transactions, from structuring deals and negotiating purchase agreements to conducting due diligence. She also advises on land assembly and municipal agreements, and has significant experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions. She holds an honours BA from Western University and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2015, and practices in English and Polish.
