Chad Finkelstein is a partner and registered trademark agent at Dale & Lessmann LLP, where he founded and co-chairs the Franchise, Licensing & Distribution practice group and founded and chairs the Cannabis practice group. His transactional practice covers corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, licensing and distribution, intellectual property, cannabis law, information technology law, and advertising and gaming law, serving clients in sectors from retail and restaurants to cannabis, consumer packaged goods, apparel, and technology. In 2018 he won Lexpert's Rising Stars award for Canada's leading lawyers under 40, and he has since been recognized in Lexpert, Who's Who Legal: Canada, Chambers Canada, and The Best Lawyers in Canada for franchise and cannabis law.
