About Andrew

Andrew Mingay is a partner practicing corporate and commercial law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law. He advises both emerging and established owner-managed businesses on incorporating and organizing their operations, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements, and navigating corporate governance issues, along with complex reorganizations and tax-driven transactions. He regularly helps Canadian and international clients with acquisitions and sales, drafting and negotiating letters of intent and purchase agreements while addressing pre- and post-closing regulatory matters. On the employment side, Andrew prepares executive agreements, advises on policy updates, and guides employers through terminations, layoffs, and leaves of absence. He holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a JD from the University of Toronto, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2018.
