About Caitlin

Caitlin Madden is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg, practising corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on franchise law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles in 2024 after earning her J.D. from the University of Manitoba. Madden holds an Advanced Bachelor of Arts in linguistics from the University of Manitoba with dean's honours and served as president of its Cultural Diversity in Law Group from 2023 to 2024. She is scheduled to speak at the 2026 National Franchise Show on franchise disclosure documents.
