Kirk J. Nordick is a Partner at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, practising primarily in corporate and commercial law, gaming, intellectual property, banking and commercial finance, and privacy law. He has represented borrowers, lending institutions, equity investors, and other creditors in commercial financing arrangements, and has experience in acquisitions, mergers, and commercial real estate and leasing matters. His intellectual property work includes hardware purchase and maintenance agreements and software acquisition and licensing contracts, and he advises lottery and gaming operators on business operations, game conditions, prize payments, and related IT matters. Nordick holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (1993) and an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan (1996), and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1997.
