About Dale

Dale Canham has more than 46 years of experience in the practice of law, focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgages, corporations and business law, wills and estates, and powers of attorney. He also advises on family law matters such as prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and inter-spousal contracts. Over his career, Dale handled a broad range of client files, including mortgage law, debt recovery, foreclosure, personal injury, matrimonial law, agricultural law, small business incorporations, criminal defence and prosecutions, landlord and tenant law, and wills and estates. He no longer pursues court work, but he has appeared in all levels of court in Saskatchewan, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Dale has volunteered extensively in the Regina community, including as a Director with the Saskatchewan Special Olympics Society and as President and Chair of the Board of Sask Sport Inc. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1975 and has practised law in Regina throughout his career.
