About John

John Jedlinski works out of the Windsor office of Shibley Righton LLP as a partner, where his practice spans business law, real estate and wills and estates. On the business side he handles commercial financing, business agreements, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, incorporations and mergers and acquisitions for professionals. His estates work involves helping clients build out an estate plan, from wills to powers of attorney to family trusts. In real estate he covers both residential and commercial deals for individuals, corporations and lenders, including financing, refinancing and commercial leasing. His client base ranges from individuals to small businesses, private corporations and financial institutions. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1991 and a B.Comm from the same school in 1983, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1992.
