About Michelle
Michelle Segal is a partner at CFM Lawyers who represents plaintiffs in class actions with particular expertise in competition law and consumer protection. Since joining CFM in 2012, she has worked on price-fixing class actions involving automotive parts, beef, bread, capacitors, hard disc drives, lithium-ion batteries, optical disc drives, static random access memory, and vehicle carrier services. She studied law at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she worked with faculty on academic projects related to law and economics. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012.
