About Mike

Mike Tatchell has practised exclusively in civil litigation since his call to the bar in 1988, with a strong emphasis on strata property matters, advising strata property managers, strata corporations, and owners on disputes under the Strata Property Act, home warranty claims, and construction deficiency claims. His practice also covers construction, corporate and commercial disputes, expropriation, family law, professional negligence, employment, and personal injury. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History and a law degree, both from UBC, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
