About Zain
Zain Khan is an associate in the Corporate Group of Osler's Toronto office, advising on securities regulatory matters. Before Osler, he served as Enforcement Policy Counsel at the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. He articled at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office - Civil. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario.
