About Michelle
Michelle Noonan is a senior associate at Deeth Williams Wall whose work centers on intellectual property, particularly litigation and trademark protection. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 and is a registered Canadian trademark agent. Her files span trademark prosecution and opposition as well as disputes over patents, trademarks and copyright, including matters before the Trademarks Opposition Board and the Ontario and Federal Courts. She advises clients on clearing, filing, prosecuting, opposing and enforcing intellectual property rights, with particular emphasis on trademarks. Michelle joined the firm as a summer student in 2017 and completed her articling there in 2019. Before law school she earned a master's degree in physiology and pharmacology, researching a cell-signalling pathway tied to breast cancer metastasis.
