About Gordon

Gordon Jepson is the firm's managing partner, practising regulatory and intellectual property law with a focus on drugs, food, nutraceuticals and other regulated products, along with related litigation. His work includes securing regulatory and advertising clearance for drugs, medical devices, cosmetics and natural health products, and advising on legal requirements for product advertising in Canada. He also handles patent, trademark and industrial design drafting and prosecution, appearing before the Federal Court of Canada in related matters. Gordon is a registered trademark agent and a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada. He holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the Royal Military College of Canada, an M.A. from Queen's University and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1996.
