About Gervas
Gervas W. Wall is a founding partner of Deeth Williams Wall, where he practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. He was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 1981 and is a registered Canadian Patent and Trademark Agent, holding an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from McGill University. His practice runs from prosecuting patent and trademark applications through to litigation before the Ontario courts, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Trade-mark Opposition and Patent Appeal Boards. With more than thirty years of IP litigation experience, including trials and injunction applications, Gervas also advises on complex licensing arrangements and has served as special intellectual property counsel in major corporate transactions.
