About Michelle
Michelle McBeath is a criminal defence lawyer who has dedicated her career to criminal defence work, including cases involving sexual assault, break and enter, theft, drug possession, firearms, and domestic violence. She has argued successfully before the Court of Appeal of Alberta and the Supreme Court of Canada, including appeals involving sexual assault against children. She has significant experience and education in the area of sexual assault defence and has authored court applications on complex, technical issues in these cases. She is based in the firm's Red Deer office and defends clients throughout Central Alberta.
